The Conference will take place in person on September 28 – October 1, 2025. The dates of pre-conference events and events included in the social program will be published on IDRiM2025 website.
Please notice that the cost of some social events is not included in the registration fee. To participate in these events, you need to make a pre-registration and pay in cash on site.

Cost of events in the social program
Exploring Samos Tour #1 – Visit to significant archeological sites, and a glimpse of villages and traditions of Samos: Price per person: 50 euros. The tour will take place during conference hours.
Exploring Samos Tour #2 – Easy hiking in the countryside of Samos. Price per person: 50 euros. The tour will take place during conference hours.
Exploring Samos Tour #3 – A journey along the east coast of Samos on a traditional “caique” boat: Price per person: 60 euros. The tour will take place on October 2, 2025, after the conference ends.
Participation of spouses /accompanying persons in a conference dinner: 40 euros per person.
Participation of spouses /accompanying persons in the welcome cocktail and wine testing: Price per person 20 euros.

Cancellation Policy
Any requests for registration refunds must be made written and postmarked on before August 27, 2025. No refunds will be made after that date. No refunds are given for no-shows.
Registration Policy
We cannot process any advance registrations without full payment. One must be a Member of IDRiM Society at the time of the registration to receive member rates.
Cancellation policy on the event of a natural disaster or unpredictable activity
The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the conference due to causes beyond their control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference in case of any natural disasters, calamities or terrorism activity. In this case, organizer cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates, speakers or attendees that result from cancelled flights and or natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity.
The organizer will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IDRiM2025 Conference, including pre-Conference events and other conference activities, constitutes an agreement by the attendee to the use and distribution of their image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IDRiM Society, the Municipality of Eastern Samos and the University of the Aegean.
