The conference is held on the island of Samos, in the Northern Aegean Sea.

For the most part, it will take place in Vathy, the capital of Samos, while some conference activities and events will take place in the scenic touristic town of Karlovasi about 35 km from Vathi. Transportation from Vathy to Karlovasi will be offered by the organisers.

Plenary sessions will be held in two venues in Vathy: in the Event Hall of Samos Town Hall which is an historic building in the centre of Vathy, and in the Epicurean Cultural Center. Both venues are in the town centre and very close one to the other, near the picturesque Vathy Harbor and the central town square.
